1. Who controls your data

2. Data we may process

• Identity and professional information, such as name, business email, role, company and account identifiers.
• Account and security information, including authentication events, device details, IP address and audit records.
• Workspace content submitted by authorized users, such as projects, tasks, contractors, documents, photos and operational evidence.
• Commercial information, including selected plan, billing status, transaction references and tax location. FROEX does not store full card numbers.
• Support communications and diagnostic information needed to investigate a request or incident.
• Optional analytics or advertising data only when enabled and permitted by your consent choices.

3. Why we process data

We process personal data to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, maintain auditability, deliver support, administer subscriptions, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and improve the product. Depending on the context and applicable law, processing may rely on contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests or consent. Where consent applies, it may be withdrawn at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

4. Service providers and disclosure

We may use vetted infrastructure, authentication, hosting, email, monitoring, support and payment providers. They receive only the information needed for their function and are subject to contractual or legal safeguards. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and security, or as part of a properly structured corporate transaction. We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

FROEX operates from the United States and may serve organizations in other countries. Personal data may therefore be processed outside the country where it was collected. When required, we use appropriate contractual, organizational and technical safeguards for international transfers.

6. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purpose, the customer relationship, security, dispute resolution, accounting and legal obligations. Retention varies by data type and contractual requirement. Data is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required, subject to lawful preservation duties.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, portability, information about sharing, objection, restriction, review of applicable automated decisions, withdrawal of consent or deletion. Brazilian data subjects may exercise the rights provided by the LGPD. Requests are free and may require reasonable identity verification.

8. Security

We apply role-based access, encryption in transit, account security controls, monitoring, backups and audit records designed to protect data. No system can guarantee absolute security. Users must protect credentials, enable the available authentication safeguards and report suspected compromise promptly.

9. Children

FROEX is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit personal data from children through this website.
