Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the FROEX website and service. Company subscription details may also be governed by an order form or written agreement.

1. Provider and service
FROEX is provided by FROEX LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. FROEX is a business platform for construction execution records, workflows, evidence, risk visibility and decision support.
2. Eligibility and company accounts
You must be authorized to create or use an account for the relevant organization. You are responsible for accurate registration information, credential security, authorized user access and lawful use of workspace content.
3. Trial and subscriptions
The standard trial lasts 30 days and does not require a card unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. A paid subscription begins only after the customer selects a plan and confirms the final amount. Currency, billing cycle, renewal terms, applicable taxes and the payment provider are shown before purchase confirmation. Prices displayed before taxes may be increased by taxes required for the customer's location.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Customers may stop future renewal through the available subscription portal or authorized support channel. The effective date, remaining access period and any refund eligibility are governed by the checkout terms, written order and applicable law. FROEX will not impose a charge that was not disclosed before confirmation.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use FROEX to violate law, infringe rights, introduce malicious code, defeat security controls, access another organization without authorization, perform abusive automated extraction or submit content you are not permitted to process.
6. Customer content
The customer retains its rights in submitted content and grants FROEX the limited permission needed to host, process, secure, back up and display that content to authorized users for service delivery. The customer is responsible for its instructions, lawful basis and notices to workers, contractors and other data subjects.
7. Intellectual property
FROEX LLC retains all rights in the platform, brand, interface, software, documentation and service improvements, excluding customer content and third-party materials.
8. Construction and safety decisions
FROEX provides operational records and decision support. It does not replace professional engineering judgment, contractual administration, field verification, safety procedures, legal advice or regulatory obligations. Authorized professionals remain responsible for decisions and site conditions.
9. Availability and changes
We work to maintain a secure and reliable service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, incidents or providers outside our control. Features may evolve, and material changes affecting paid service will be communicated when required.
10. Liability and applicable law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability will be limited as stated in the applicable order or written agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without overriding mandatory consumer or data protection rights that apply in another jurisdiction.
